Zoe and Andrew were married in June, it was a fab day full of baking hot sun, beauty and good laughs 🙂 So as if it wasn’t confusing enough already having a Zoe bride and a Zoe photographer we brought in a 3rd Zoe to confuse things even more.. a TRIPLE Zoe Wedding!!! Thank you so much as always to the fabulous Zoe from photos by zoe for 2nd shooting with me, we had such a brilliant time together with Zoe (bride) and enjoyed confusing everyone.
Now to the wedding! Zoe got ready with the girls at the Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow where I caught up with them it was a busy old morning with Zoe’s close family popping in for a few drinks before everything kicked off 🙂 Just as Zoe was about to step out the door her brother very gently broke the news that the vintage car Zoe had hired had broken down outside the hotel 😮 but not to panic as they were sending a replacement, a VW Camervan… not quite what Zoe had planned but she was cool as cucumber and took it all in her stride, and actually I rather thought it suited their wedding 😀
After Zoe and Andrew’s lovely ceremony we zipped down to Cottiers Theatre in the West End of Glasgow where they were holding their wedding reception. Â Cottiers is a fabulous place full of the buzz of the west end where Zoe and Andrew’s hearts lie 🙂 and we had a fabulous time with them both on the streets near the theatre stopping off at the cafe’s where Zoe and Andrew love to pop in they were both such fun, especially Zoe, so full of energy and enthusiasm for the photos which was ace!
The reception was full of beautiful little details, the condiments bottles full of beautiful blooms by Sophie from i heart flowers was a particular favourite of mine 🙂 as was the beautiful cake by Heather from Heather’s Cakes.  Zoe and Andrew work together as Chef’s so food was of the upmost importance to them and their guests were not disappointed, and surprised with a nominated guest from each table to carve the beef with their own aprons and carving knives as gifts 🙂 It was a lovely touch and caused much hilarity, Zoe and I were delighted to be able to sample some of the beef which was utterly delicious!
Thank you so much to both Zoe’s for being so utterly fabulous, Zoe (bride) for being up for an up for anything cool as a cucumber energetic bride and Zoe (photosbyzoe) for just being a super awesome photographer and friend 🙂 and to the wonderful staff at Cottiers theatre for looking after us. It was such a fun wedding I enjoyed every minute!
So without further ado, I present to you the wedding of Zoe and Andrew x
